I struggled to find a way to put the route on the blog. The daughter just explained it to me. Here it is:

It's not quite right. I can't get Google Maps to take the same route we will follow. Is there a message in that? This is close enough anyway.

Just reading up on your upcomeing bike trip. Sounds like it will be quite an adventure! The route is certainlly much differnt than driving cross country on the freeways! Thakns for the link to your web site. It will be interesting to track your progress once you trip begins!

We are 8 mile south of Hwy 2 (Watersmeet Mich.) on Hwy 45 (Land O Lake's Wis). We have a trailer we could put your bikes in to bring you back and forth to our place. Larry
